About this item

A pair of adjustable dumbbells that cover a range of weights from one set of handles. A dial at each end selects the load, engaging the plates you want and leaving the rest in the cradle, so changing weight between sets is a turn of two dials.

The handle locks unless the dial is fully seated, which stops a half-set plate from slipping during a lift. Return each dumbbell to its cradle before you change the setting. The cradles take up about the footprint of a shoebox.

Key features

Dial selector at each end for quick weight changes
